I have the Gazebo as a topic for the next HOA board. We will discuss options. General funds will be needed to address this. That may cause a delay in any restoration but we may look to demo it down to the smallest footprint while preserving our ability to rebuild when funds are available.
There should be a reasonable option on how to address.

Hello,
The board is now looking into options for the Gazebo. We will be working with a deck firm to understand the costs associated with renovations. Once we have established budgetary costs for several options we will then solicit input from the Owners as to what they feel is best.
This is a very nice amenity of the Enclave and efforts to restore (rebuild with new weather resistant materials) will be our primary approach. As this could be a costly project so we will need to balance funding for this and possibly do this in phases over time.
