Some Owners claim that the Association’s negligence of the lakeside area has caused losses to their ability to enjoy their units and to rent them at reasonable rates.

I would like to let everyone know that the HOA is in process of planning tree trimming and shoreline cleanup. We will be working with a landscape service to best see how to address the overgrown vegetation. We will also coordinate our plan with Universal (Owner of the lake) to make sure we address anything prior to commencing work. We do not believe this significantly delay the project. It is our intent to address this as quickly as possible.
We feel the work will open up the area and provide enhanced lake views for owner.
